Thoughtful Medical Care - In an Unhurried setting
|Here you are an important person. Your concerns are my concerns. I will do my best to understand them and address them.
There are no "providers" here. You always see your personal Physician. Every patient receives my undivided attention, every visit.
Appointments are scheduled to avoid a crowded waiting room and keep waiting times short -- rarely more than 5 - 10 minutes.
Relax to pleasant background music in a bright, comfortable waiting room.
If you need to be seen today, I will see you Today.
Good medical care takes time, effort and attention to detail. I choose to see fewer patients in a day so that I can devote more time, energy and attention to each one. I will take as much time as necessary to sit down with you and listen to your problems and concerns. I may ask you a lot of questions to gain a better understanding of your problems. Then, I will apply my knowledge, training and experience to diagnose your problems and to design a custom plan of treatment, specifically for you (not the "cook book," "one size fits all" treatment so prevalent nowadays). Finally, before you leave, I will take time to answer your questions.
Communication is important and so is timely access to your physician. Need to talk to me during the day? Call my office. I answer all calls personally. I will call you if there is something that you need to know urgently or if I know you are concerned about a test or report.
Have an urgent, minor problem or question after hours or on a weekend? Call me for advice. I may be able to meet you at my office and save you an expensive visit to a hospital emergency room. I will answer my cellphone personally or call you back when I get your message.
My purpose and goal is to be your trusted Family Doctor, dedicated to giving you the best, most attentive medical care, advice and service that I can.
